"I gained a deeper understanding of my faith through my coursework and the excellent faculty. The program's Christo-centricity fostered not only academic growth, but spiritual growth as well. I was given an intellectual challenge with practical application that has equipped me to live and teach the faith with greater clarity in both personal and professional contexts."

Is an online MBA the same as an in-person MBA?
While there are fundamental differences in the format of online and traditional in-person MBA degrees, ultimately, both programs offer comprehensive business education that can transform your future.
In a typical eight-week online MBA course, you enroll in the same types of courses and accomplish the same amount of work you would be required to complete for an in-person program. However, an online MBA gives you the added benefit of taking courses wherever you are.
Will I have class at specific, scheduled times (synchronously)?
No, Franciscan’s MBA classes are asynchronous and do not have live sessions. You can access course materials—recorded lectures, readings, discussion boards, or assignments—wherever you are located.
How are classes structured?
Online MBA classes are asynchronous and delivered on a web-based Learning Management Platform. This platform will allow you to access all course materials, such as pre-recorded lectures, readings, discussion boards, assignments, and self-paced tests. Each course is eight weeks in length.
What is the benefit of having an MBA accredited by the IACBE?
Franciscan’s MBA program is accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), a respected marker of academic excellence recognized by employers and graduate institutions worldwide.
By choosing a program with IACBE accreditation, you’re assured an education that meets rigorous standards for curriculum quality, faculty expertise, student outcomes, and available resources. Additionally, earning an accredited MBA helps you stand out to employers, explore competitive job prospects, and position yourself for higher income potential.
